Cassie and Andy opened Tiny Steps on March 1, 2011 with a goal to provide quality childcare and advocate for the childcare industry. They have 7 children of their own ranging in age from 1 years old to 15 years old. They love to camp, boat, and travel frequently for their children's baseball tournaments. They are always thankful to God for protecting and providing for the Tiny Steps Family.
Cassie holds a Master's in Early Childhood Educational Leadership by December 2020 and holds an A.A., A.S. and Bachelors Degree along with Directors Credentials. She has worked in the childcare industry for 12 years and has worked in every age range from Infants to School-age children and then as an Assistant Director and Director.
Andy holds an A.A. and Bachelors degree along with having Directors Credentials and a Florida Childcare Professional Credential.
Blair Wulfekuhl

Blair graduated with her Bachelors degree in Psychology and Masters in Social Work from the Florida State University. Blair has been a child welfare social worker for more than 12 years. She also has experience working with children and families in a hospital setting as a behavioral and resource support. Additionally, Blair and her family have been foster parents for 3 years. During her tenure as a foster parent, Blair and her husband, Garrett, have welcomed 9 long term placements and 7 short term placement. Blair has a true passion for working with children.
Alicia Sharp

I was born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida. I am currently attending Tallahassee Community College pursuing A.S. degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been with Tiny Steps Learning Center since 2012 and have been a teacher in all the infant/toddler classrooms. I am married and have two daughters. In my free time I enjoy Arts and Crafts, Hunting, Fishing, Cooking, Gardening. My favorite quote: It is what it is- If you can't change it don't let it worry you.
